Hi, I’m Antonina -

Hi! I’m a licensed therapist with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach that’s grounded in social justice and cultural humility. As a child of immigrants, I deeply understand the complexities of navigating multiple cultural identities, and I bring that lived experience into my work with clients. My practice is collaborative and adaptive, I tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs, goals, and identities, always with the intention of creating a warm, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences openly and honestly.

I draw from a range of clinical approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic therapy, and evidence-based trauma work. I specialize in supporting adults dealing with ADHD, OCD, PTSD, anxiety, and life transitions. My style is laid-back and relational, and I like to keep sessions flexible so we can meet whatever you’re carrying that day with depth and compassion. I’m committed to providing inclusive care to individuals of all backgrounds and identities, and I especially welcome clients from LGBTQ+, BIPOC, neurodivergent, and non- traditional communities.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m a big animal lover, I have a dog of my own, and regularly foster rescue pups (expect the occasional bark in the background if we’re meeting virtually!). I also enjoy reading and spending time outside, whether that’s going for a hike, a bike ride, or just getting some fresh air and quiet.

If you’re looking for a therapist who brings both clinical depth and a grounded, down-to-earth presence, I’d be honored to work with you. I’m available for sessions both online and in person!
