Join us every week for a peaceful and grounding hour of mindfulness meditation. Gaining

Ground’s weekly meditation hour will allow you to find inner peace as you learn to quiet your mind.

Guided by experienced facilitators, this is an event geared for meditation practitioners of all levels of expertise. You’ll be gently led through scripted and guided meditation practices that center on breath awareness, moment-to-moment tracking and presence, and inner-self compassion. This event is welcome to all who are seeking stillness, clarify, and a deeper connection with oneself and others.

Our facilitators include members of the Gaining Ground therapy staff who come from varied backgrounds in studying Eastern theory and practice of meditation/mindfulness as well as trauma-informed therapeutic techniques. We welcome any suggestions for topics you would like us to explore in this healing space.

Come as you are. No prior meditation experience is needed; just an open heart and a willingness to be present.

This event is “pay what you can” – there is no required fee for entry.
