You are the expert of your own life, but you are not alone. We all need help sometimes in a world that can feel unbearable and uncontrollable. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, past traumatic experiences, loss, relationship distress, or overwhelming emotions, I offer connection and a compassionate and nonjudgmental space to be yourself and to discover what you need to thrive.
Therapy is a space to talk about anything, including the darker sides of life. As we face changes, these can lead to feelings of grief and loss. You do not have to navigate these transitions alone. We will create new and honest relational experiences together, building your resilience and confidence. It is a place to just be you. My therapeutic style utilizes humanistic, psychodynamic, and existential approaches to explore your story—past, present, and future—and empower you to live as your true self. We will work collaboratively to help you achieve your unique goals and aspirations.
When not in session, I love to read, explore my favorite thrift stores, and make music with others, singing in a community choir. Dedicated to inclusive care, I welcome and encourage clients from all backgrounds and experiences. I am excited and honored at the prospect of working alongside you and watching you grow and flourish as you deepen your understanding of yourself.
