Hi, I’m Sarah -
I believe all human beings have an innate capacity for healing and flourishing. I view therapy as a sanctuary for authentic growth—where people can show up exactly as they are, without judgment, and explore whatever is alive within them. I offer a warm, present, and deeply collaborative space where self-discovery and honest expression can emerge. Healing takes courage, and I deeply honor and respect the strength it takes to look inward, make meaningful changes, and remain accountable to one’s growth.
My therapeutic style is emotion-focused, creative, holistic, and explorative. I value embodied presence, deep listening, and I am not afraid to gently direct the process with thoughtful and intentional questions. I invite clients to turn inwards—to feel more fully into their emotions, bodily sensations, and inner experience as a way of processing life with greater awareness and depth. I believe growth lives at the threshold of our comfort zone, and my intention is to offer grounded support that walks alongside clients as they step into the unknown and into new ways of being.
My background includes meditation, mindfulness, group facilitation, creative entrepreneurship, and visual arts, which inform my interest in spirituality, meaning, identity, sexuality, trauma, grief, human relationships, self-esteem, and personal growth.
I view each person as inherently whole, and therapy as a process of reconnecting with that wholeness—repairing ruptures that may be limiting one’s fullest expression. I work best with open-minded and committed individuals and couples who are interested in exploring the vulnerable depths of the human experience and discovering what it means to live a more intentional, authentic, loving, and meaningful life.
