Anxiety can make us feel stuck, but there is hope. In my eyes you are the expert of your journey and I am here to listen and guide. My style is highly collaborative and conversational. My wish for our time together is to work on your personal goals and help you make the progress you are looking for. My ideal patient is focused upon personal growth and healing.

I understand that we all go through times of hardship and triumph and we can all benefit from an extra source of support. We can work as a team to best see you through those struggles, process the emotions you experience, and reach the goals you have. Whether it be a big move, a tough relationship decision, or how to handle the stress of the “day to day”.
